They had most of the parts I needed in stock, which was nice. Of course, one item was backordered, because apparently getting everything at once would’ve been too easy.

The box was beat up, and one of the items had almost no padding around it—or, well, not enough to make me feel like it was protected at all. Nothing was actually ruined, thankfully, but it definitely looked like it could have been. For what I paid for shipping, I expected a bit more care. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if anything fragile was involved

I’ve ordered from Geno’s Garage a couple times now, i don’t really get the complaints some people might have. Yeah, the website looks a little old-school, but that doesn’t mean it’s sketchy or bad. The parts seem legit, and the info on the product pages was clear enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it arrived when they said it would, and everything was packed fine. Could the checkout process and order updates be a little smoother? Sure. That’s really the only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars. But overall, I’d trust them. I’ve had decent experiences so far, and I’d probably order from them again

I ordered a few parts from Genos Garage and, i was kind of expecting something to go wrong and to be owed an apology like with some other places. But everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. No missing parts, no wrong sizes, nothing mixed up. It was simple, packed fine, and accurate, which is really all I wanted. I’d order from them again.

I usually get annoyed when companies are vague about delays, but they emailed me quickly about the backorder and explained what was going on. I didn’t have to sit there guessing or chase anyone down for an update, which I really appreciated.
